I can't recall if I mentioned this but back when I was taking the hunter safety course with a bunch of 12 year olds, many of them couldn't sign their name on the completion certificate because they didn't know how to write in cursive.
That's right, didn't know how.
And the reason they didn't know was because we removed it from the curriculum in school.
Say what?
I learned how to do that when I was in first grade for pete's sake!
Well now all of the old people are crying foul and they are trying to bring it back, as they should. I was already planning to teach The King anyway.

We live in the strangest world.
I already catch myself saying "back when I was a kid" way, way too often.
